From Idea to Proof of Concept
Vinea wanted to explore how a new system could go beyond traditional dashboards and become a system that actively supports better decisions on the factory floor. The challenge was clear: spending months on specs or business cases would not guarantee real value. Instead, we aimed for fast iteration and hands-on learning to uncover insights that only emerge through building.
Our Approach
Through four rapid iterations, we transformed an initial concept into a functional Proof of Concept. We began by modeling the underlying factory environment, machines, orders and production flows, creating a realistic foundation for testing. AI-driven prompts were crafted to turn complex data into actionable recommendations, giving teams clarity and focus. Early prototypes allowed us to test ideas and workflows in real time with Vinea, while the interface evolved alongside their visual identity, refining the look-and-feel. A flexible architecture supported experimentation and enabled us to explore new possibilities, fine-tune functionality, and uncover leverage points that drive real impact.
The Outcome
Lyra is now more than a dashboard. It's a Factory Operating System that cuts through noise, highlights what truly matters, and delivers actionable insights in real time. The PoC is a tangible product that demonstrates concept and value, ready to engage customers, boards, and investors. Critical decisions have been validated, risks reduced, and months of uncertainty avoided.
